MaxiMoney LF is not live and is not currently accepting investments. Nothing in the app or on this site is an offer to invest, a solicitation, or a recommendation of any scheme. Verification completed here does not constitute KYC registration under SEBI or PMLA rules.
Agreement
By using the MaxiMoney LF app or this website you accept these terms. They are an agreement between you and Value Garage Private Limited (CIN U66190DL2025PTC453505), a company registered in Delhi, India. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, able to enter a contract under Indian law, and the holder of a valid PAN and of the bank account you use for verification. You may not use the service on behalf of anyone else.
What the service is
Today the service does one thing: it verifies your identity and your bank account, and places you in the early-access queue for MaxiMoney LF. It does not open an investment account, hold your money, or place any order.
When the service goes live, Value Garage Private Limited will act as a distributor of mutual fund schemes under AMFI Registration Number 364940. As a distributor we may receive commission from asset management companies on investments made through us. We are not an investment adviser and we do not charge you an advisory fee.

Nothing we publish is personalised investment, tax or legal advice. Any rate, return or comparison shown — including savings-account rates and past liquid-fund returns — is illustrative, drawn from publicly available figures, and may change without notice. Past performance does not indicate future results.
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme related documents carefully before investing.
The ₹1 verification charge
Verification may fail for reasons outside our control, including a name mismatch or a bank decline. Where it fails, any amount debited is returned on the same terms.
What you are responsible for
Giving accurate information, keeping your device and one-time codes to yourself, and telling us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. You may not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, use it for money laundering or any unlawful purpose, impersonate another person, or copy the app or site for a competing product.
Availability and changes
The service is offered as it is. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may suspend or close your account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or a breach of these terms, or where the law requires it. Early access is not a guarantee that the product will launch or that you will be able to invest.
Intellectual property
The MaxiMoney and MaxiMoney LF names, logo, design, copy and software belong to Value Garage Private Limited. You may use them only as needed to use the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for investment loss arising from market movement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud.
Governing law and grievances
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Complaints are handled under our grievance redressal policy.
