Most issues — a ₹1 charge not returned, a failed verification, a data question — are resolved fastest at nevaid@maximoney.in.

If support has not resolved it, or you are not satisfied with the outcome, write to suraj@maximoney.in.

Include these details

The mobile number you registered with, what happened and when, any earlier ticket reference, and what outcome you want. Do not send your full PAN or bank details by email.

Timelines we hold ourselves to

Acknowledged
24 hrs
From receipt of your complaint.
Resolved
15 days
With a written reason for the outcome.
If delayed
30 days
Outer limit, with the reason for delay told to you.

You are free to take the matter further. Which route applies depends on the nature of the complaint.
