Refund Policy
Not applicable.
MaxiMoney LF does not sell a product, charge a subscription, or take a fee from you. There is nothing to refund, so no refund policy applies. The only money that ever moves during onboarding is the ₹1 bank verification charge, and that comes back automatically.
The ₹1 comes back on its own
You do not need to raise a request. The one rupee is returned to the same bank account it was debited from, usually within 24 hours and always within 48. It is a verification charge, not an investment, not a deposit and not a service fee.
If it has not arrived in 48 hours
Write to nevaid@maximoney.in with the mobile number you registered with and the date of the debit. Do not send full bank details by email. We trace it with our payment partner and confirm the outcome to you.
Escalate a complaint →Investments are not refunds
MaxiMoney LF is not live and is not currently accepting investments. When it is, money you invest in a mutual fund scheme is not a purchase that can be refunded — you redeem your units, and the amount you receive depends on the net asset value on the day of redemption. Redemption is governed by the scheme's own documents and the asset management company's terms, not by this policy.
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme related documents carefully. Returns depend on the market and are not guaranteed.
